What happens

Homer Simpson, the bald heavy man in a white shirt and blue pants, appears at a lakeside boat ramp in Lake Springfield, first seen waving with an ice cream cone in hand beside a 'Thanks for the Boat Load II' sign. The camera-free scene opens on a roadside 'Welcome to: Lake Springfield, No Mercury Dumping Without Permit' sign with a cartoon fish, then a blue boat on a trailer rolls down the ramp toward the water while a small green motorboat with an American flag cruises past. Homer then climbs into the white-and-blue speedboat on the trailer, waving his free hand as the boat sits on the trailer, with a pink ice cream cone visible nearby.
