What happens

A large grey elephant strides down a town street lined with shops, first seen as close-up legs and then walking toward the viewer while two road workers in red overalls and caps flail their arms and dash away from it. Bart, in an orange shirt with spiky hair, rides a green skateboard past them near a HAIR SALON storefront, and the workers later run beside a blue RECYCLE bin outside ZESTY'S PIZZA SUBS as glass bursts out of the bin and the elephant advances behind them.
