The Simpsons, “Bart Gets an Elephant” (season 5, episode 17), 20:56–21:07
What happens
Homer, Marge, Lisa and Bart stand at a fence at the Springfield Animal Refuge, where a keeper in a tan uniform and boots watches from a gate beside a grey elephant with long tusks. Bart reaches up to touch the elephant's tusk while the others look on, then turns with a worried, sideways glance as the keeper keeps his hand on the gate. Bart is then lifted by the elephant's curled trunk and flies upward over its head, while the elephant looks annoyed, with a white van parked outside the sign reading "Springfield Animal Refuge" in the foreground.
