What happens

Chief Wiggum, the heavy police chief in uniform, and Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a navy suit and red bow tie, appear in a courtroom, while a row of spectators in the gallery, including a grey-haired man in a lilac suit and a woman with a tall black hairdo in a pink suit, look on and react. Wiggum stands at the witness box holding a money bag marked with a dollar sign, and Moe takes the bag from him and lifts it up, with a flag behind them and a grey-haired woman judge in a black robe watching from the bench. The gallery spectators keep smiling and talking as the bag changes hands.
