What happens

Troy McClure, with swept-back reddish hair and a pink sweater, sits beside an unnamed man in a brown suit and red tie with blue hair at the sides, who holds up a framed yellow cel showing Itchy and Scratchy. The man grins and gestures with one hand, then leans in with wide eyes and an open mouth while keeping the framed cel raised. The on-screen caption reads "IBN" with "ITCHY & SCRATCHY CEL, LIMITED EDITION OF 800,000" across the bottom.
