What happens

Kent Brockman, the grey-haired news anchor in a red jacket and blue tie with a headset, sits holding a clipboard in front of a television window showing a government building and the "6 LIVE" logo, and a "KIDNAPPED" inset picture of a grey-haired man waving appears over the broadcast. Marge, with her tall blue beehive and orange bead necklace, looks on wide-eyed and speaks in the foreground, while Homer, in a white shirt with his arms folded, and Bart, in an orange shirt, sit at a counter in a shop with a pleated orange lampshade. Homer raises his hand and talks, Bart gestures with a hand, and Homer then leans back with his mouth open as a heavy man in a green shirt and blue cap watches on the right.
