What happens

Principal Skinner, with neat grey hair and a black tuxedo with bow tie, stands beside an older bald man with a white mustache who wears a blue naval uniform with gold epaulettes and medal ribbons, in front of a purple tiled wall. Skinner holds a glass of amber drink while gesturing with his free hand, and the uniformed man first grins, then squints and scowls as he speaks and leans in. Skinner's expression shifts from a sly grin to wide-eyed alarm as his hands fly out, with the glass still in one hand and a partially visible figure in a uniform at the left edge.
