What happens

Bart, Milhouse and Nelson stand outdoors among green bushes and trees, Bart with his arms crossed, Milhouse holding a black remote control, and Nelson in a vest. Nelson raises the remote toward the sky while Milhouse looks up at him, and a red-and-white model plane then flies across a bright blue sky with white clouds. The scene then shifts to a lake where a small orange motorboat with two passengers speeds across the water past a stone embankment and trees.
