Milhouse holds a black remote control with an antenna against a sunny sky and green bushes

What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and red-framed glasses in a pink shirt, holds a black remote control with an antenna against a sunny sky and green bushes. Then Marge, with her tall blue beehive and pink dress, stands beside Bart in his orange shirt and a brown-haired woman in a grey-blue top, all gazing up at a small red-and-white plane flying across the blue sky. Bart gestures with a raised hand and then looks up as the plane drifts to the right, passing a white cloud.
