What happens

A blue-haired woman in a red dress with a blue collar stands before a brick wall beside an old red wall-mounted telephone, holding up a small tuxedoed puppet with a red bow tie by its head. She speaks and gestures, first touching the bow tie, then pointing with her other hand at the puppet's chest, where a pocket is marked with a red glowing outline that appears and brightens over the following moments. The puppet stays raised in her hand throughout, with its tuxedo jacket and white shirt front visible, and the wood-paneled wall sits at the bottom edge of the scene.
