What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, and his thin assistant Smithers with glasses walk together along a sidewalk past a playground swing set and a red wall, then stop and stand in front of the wall. Burns, in a dark blue suit and red tie, gestures expansively with one hand while Smithers, in a grey suit and orange tie, stands beside him with an arm around his shoulder. Credit captions appear across the lower part of the screen naming consulting producers and a consultant, and an orange sedan is parked in the foreground.
