What happens

Homer Simpson sits on a red chair across a wooden desk from Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in his blue uniform and cap, in a police office with a corkboard of wanted posters and a wall map behind them. Homer gestures with his hand and talks while Wiggum listens with a flat expression, then Wiggum smiles, presses his hands together on the desk, and leans forward as Homer sits with his hands resting on his knees. On the desk sit a pencil cup, a red Rubik's-style cube, a paper with a doughnut, and a small purple object, and a wastebasket stands at the right.
