What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in a blue uniform and cap, sits behind a desk in a police office while a young man with reddish-brown hair, a purple jacket and stained blue jeans sits on a red chair facing him. Wiggum gestures with his hands and arms as he talks, while the seated man stays mostly still and looks toward him with a wary expression. The office has a corkboard of wanted posters, a wall map, a pencil cup, a Rubik's cube, a paper on the desk and a wastebasket.
