What happens

Krusty the Clown, with green-tipped hair, a red nose and a blue bow tie, stands on a circus-style stage holding a rolled sworn affidavit while a thin man with glasses, neat grey hair and a suit holding a brown briefcase stands at right. Krusty first grins and holds the scroll up, then grimaces and squints, and in the later images the man in the suit lifts a hand to adjust his glasses as Krusty keeps the scroll raised. The scroll has seals and printed legal text, with purple and orange drapes behind them.
