Krusty the Clown stands on a stage inside a purple-framed television screen

What happens

Krusty the Clown, a clown with green hair, a red nose and a blue bow tie under a grey tuxedo jacket, stands on a stage inside a purple-framed television screen. In the first frame a cartoon astronaut in a white spacesuit putts a golf ball on a grey lunar surface behind him, and golf balls lie near his feet. Krusty then vanishes from the stage, leaving it empty for a moment before he reappears in the center, where he raises one gloved finger, then spreads both gloved hands palms-up as he speaks, and finally places one gloved hand on his chest while gesturing outward with the other.
