What happens

Itchy, Scratchy and Poochie, the cartoon characters of The Itchy & Scratchy & Poochie Show, appear first in the show's title card on a television screen, with the blue mouse Itchy at left, the black cat Scratchy at top and the brown dog Poochie in sunglasses and a purple cap at lower right. The title card then gives way to a yellow card reading "The Beagle Has Landed" with the cartoon figures shown small beneath it. Next, Itchy and Scratchy's cartoon scene shows the blue mouse driving a pink convertible along a road through orange hills with a small green tree on the car, followed by a green roadside sign reading "FIREWORKS FACTORY 2 MILES" beside a tall tree and a blue river.
