What happens

A blue mouse in an orange shirt and a black cat with a grey belly sit in a pink convertible on a cartoon roadside, while a red dog in a purple cap, blue sunglasses and grey jacket leans over the door. The cat grins with fangs showing and the mouse glances sideways, then the dog straightens and steps back holding a white surfboard as the two passengers watch from the back seat. Green hills, a lone tree and a yellow sky fill the background inside a purple TV border.
