What happens

A cartoon dog, identified by the dialogue as Poochie, wears a purple cap, blue goggles and a black jacket over blue shorts while holding a pink surfboard beside a pink convertible on a grassy landscape under a yellow sky with orange hills. He stands and shifts his pose, then a black cat with a grey belly and a blue mouse-like creature with big ears sit in the car behind him, the cat sticking out its tongue and the mouse glancing sideways as they ride along.
