What happens

A bespectacled orange-snouted cartoon dog in a pink cap, goggles and dark jacket appears against a yellow sky and pink hills, with a small green tree at the right edge. The scene then shows a small blue cartoon character in a cap holding a large mallet beside a blue furry creature with a red bow tie frozen in a block of ice, with a dark-haired figure peeking over the top, and the on-screen text 4F12 and SC-273 is visible in the background. The scene ends on a white card with red handwritten lettering that reads "Note: Poochie died on the way back to his home planet."
