What happens

Bart Simpson rides on the shoulders of a man in a green argyle sweater and tan trousers, a white hard hat on the rider's head, on a grassy cliff edge above pine-covered mountains under a pink-orange sunset. The man gestures with raised arms beside two brown suitcases and a plunger-style detonator box with coiled wire, then reaches down to grab a brown briefcase. The briefcase bursts open, scattering banded stacks of green cash as a black pistol tumbles through the air above the forest.
