What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, watches from a grassy hillside at sunset as a one-off man with curly reddish hair, a white hard hat and a green argyle sweater vest walks along a dam construction site, carrying a brown suitcase and a rolled-up blueprint. He stands with his hands on his hips, then lifts a large brown box in both hands, and later raises one hand in a wave while still holding the suitcase. Behind them a yellow crane, a red cement truck and other trucks sit on the road beside the concrete dam wall, with pink-and-purple mountains and a green-and-teal ground in the background.
