What happens

A stocky man in a purple suit and blue tie, with short dark hair, stands at a wooden podium draped in red cloth beside a microphone, with evergreen bushes strung with lights behind him, and he grimaces and points while a crowd watches. Among the audience are a woman with glasses, a boy in a bow tie, a dark-skinned man in a green sweater, a woman with a tall reddish hairdo, and a man in a blue jacket, all looking alarmed and open-mouthed. The scene then cuts to a muddy, brown-streaked landscape where Lisa, in her red dress and smeared with mud, pushes a green wheelbarrow with a dazed, mud-covered Bart slumped inside, while a small wire basket of blocks sits at the left.
