What happens

Principal Skinner, in a blue suit, stands in the doorway of Springfield Elementary School beneath its sign while Bart in an orange shirt and a dark-haired boy in a blue sweater sit on the steps and a woman with orange hair in a purple dress looks on. Then a large crowd of townspeople presses together, with Homer, Grampa and Krusty the clown among them, all staring at a figure seen from behind. Finally, at night, Chief Wiggum raises binoculars to his eyes at a counter while Mr. Burns in a blue suit and red tie stands beside him and a man in a red cap and green sweater looks on.
