What happens

Principal Skinner, with neat grey hair and a maroon sweater over a collared shirt and tie, stands in front of an Elementary School sign and glass doors, first pointing at his own chest and then spreading his arms wide with his palms up, then planting his hands on his hips and speaking animatedly before raising both arms high in an emphatic gesture. Behind him, a crowd of townspeople looks on, including Marge with her tall blue beehive, Maggie with a pacifier and blue bow, Homer in a white shirt, a police officer in a cap, and Edna Krabappel-like woman with a tall brown hairdo, plus an older woman with white curly hair and a purple beaded necklace. Skinner then grimaces with his arms outstretched again, and finally he lowers his gaze and lets his hands dangle at his sides with fingers splayed.
