What happens

Milhouse, blindfolded and wearing a party hat, staggers along the entrance of a pink-spotted inflatable bouncer shaped like a giraffe, while Bart in an orange shirt stands beside him in the backyard and a girl with curly brown hair in a pink dress sits on the grass nearby. A boy in a red shirt holds a bunch of colorful balloons tied with a white ribbon, and shoes lie scattered across the lawn as Milhouse slumps down and ends up lying flat inside the bouncer. The last close-up shows a boy in a light blue shirt and orange pants, mouth open, standing by the wooden fence.
