What happens

A blindfolded Milhouse in a party hat and pink shirt and red shorts, with blue hair, plays pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey in a backyard with a wooden fence, streamers, and a potted cactus, while Bart in his orange shirt and blue shorts stands beside him. A boy with bowl-cut blond hair, a blue sweater, a white bib, and brown pants looks at the donkey poster at first, then moves out of the picture as Milhouse steps forward while Bart holds the tail-pin, and in the final moments the paper tail drops to the grass as Milhouse stands near the donkey's rear.
