What happens

Selma Bouvier, with blue-grey hair and a pink dress, and a bespectacled man in a blue sweater and orange pants stand at a backyard party with balloons and streamers, while a child in a striped party hat stands nearby and several children sit crying on the lawn. The man gestures as he talks, and then Nelson, a brown-haired boy in a blue vest, points at and then kneels beside a figure lying face-up on the grass near a brown front door and a table with a white cloth. Nelson grimaces and clutches his stomach as the fallen figure lies motionless in a white outfit with a party hat.
