What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in a black shirt, sits in a blue armchair beside Santa's Little Helper, a brown greyhound with a red collar, in a purple-walled living room with blue curtains and a brown door. A bespectacled man in a red sweater vest and khaki pants stands facing them, then turns and walks off to the left with his hands gesturing, while Bart and the dog watch him go. Chief Wiggum, the heavyset police chief, then appears in the doorway, raising one hand and holding a nightstick as he looks off to the side.
