Chief Wiggum stands in a doorway while Bart watches beside Santa's Little Helper, the brown greyhound with a red collar

What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in a blue-grey uniform and cap, stands in a doorway while Bart, with spiky hair and a black shirt, watches beside Santa's Little Helper, the brown greyhound with a red collar. A blind man with dark glasses, a white cane and a red vest talks with the officer at the front of a purple-walled house. A brown-and-white collie with a tag trots past the doorway toward the outdoors, then leaps up with its front paws against the man's chest in a room with a grand piano and blue carpet.
