What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in his blue uniform and cap, kneels on a grassy lawn beside a brown greyhound while Moe, the grey-haired bartender, and Mrs. Krabappel with her tall brown hairdo stand at the left and Ned Flanders in his green sweater and a woman with orange curly hair in a pink sweater and red skirt stand at the right. The dog lies still beside Wiggum, then a red-brown dog shape tumbles across the grass in the background and grows smaller as the group watches. The view then tightens on Wiggum, with Ned and the orange-haired woman behind him, as Wiggum grimaces, opens his mouth to speak, and grimaces again.
