What happens

Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in a green shirt, lies in bed against a purple quilted pillow under a red headboard, holding a large black cordless phone to his ear with a sleepy, unimpressed expression. Beneath the bed's purple blanket, Santa's Little Helper, the brown greyhound, sleeps curled up, and a clown face poster hangs above the headboard. Bart's eyes stay half-lidded as he listens, and the scene zooms in closer to his face as he keeps the phone pressed to his head, with the blanket pulled up over his lap. On the left, a potted orange tree sits on a blue nightstand next to a black telephone, and a lava lamp glows on the right nightstand.
