What happens

A grey-haired officer in a blue uniform and peaked cap, holding a clipboard, first stands beside a tall ladder and scowls, then grins and turns away with his hands on his hips to watch a kid in a grey jumpsuit climb the metal ladder across a field of vines. Before that, Lisa, with her spiky hair and grey jumpsuit with an R badge, stands in a line of similarly dressed kids, one of them spiky-haired and bespectacled, as a spiky-haired boy in the middle speaks. The scene is outdoors under a blue sky with a tree, distant purple hills, and a tall ladder and wire at the edge of the grounds.
