What happens

An older man in a blue military-style uniform and cap stands at a wooden podium, seen from behind at first, while rows of graduates in blue uniforms and white caps face him on a green lawn in front of a flagpole and a beige building. He speaks to the assembled graduates, then turns to face them as they raise their arms and white caps fly up into the sky. The scene ends with the caps tossing in the air above the cheering graduates.
