Bart and Lisa Simpson sit side by side on the edge of a hospital bed with a white pillow, beside a window and a blue metal bed rail

What happens

Bart and Lisa Simpson, both in matching light blue short-sleeved uniforms with blue jeans and black shoes, sit side by side on the edge of a hospital bed with a white pillow, beside a window and a blue metal bed rail. Bart, with spiky hair, starts out looking forward and then turns to glance sideways and speak with his mouth open, while Lisa, with her star-shaped spiky hair, sits with her hands in her lap and eyes downcast. Over the moment Bart shifts his posture, gestures with one arm, and in the final frame reaches over to touch Lisa's chin while she keeps her eyes closed and head lowered.
