What happens

Bart and Lisa, the Simpson children, wear matching light grey-blue uniforms with name badges and sit side by side on the edge of a green hospital-style bed in a room with a tall window and teal walls. At first Lisa stands at the left of the frame with Bart's hand resting on her shoulder while she looks dazed with her mouth open, then Bart sits beside her with his arm stretched across her shoulder as she slumps and gazes down at her feet. Bart grins and glances sideways while Lisa looks over at him, and by the final moment they sit upright on the bed, Bart smiling and Lisa speaking with her mouth open. A metal bed rail and a blue cabinet sit at the edges of the room.
