The Simpsons, “The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson” (season 9, episode 1), 2:56–3:08
What happens
Barney, the heavy drunk with messy brown hair, first grins wide-eyed in front of a crowd of cheering bar patrons waving foamy beer mugs, then the scene turns to flying mugs against a black background. Barney then sits driving a purple car at night with Homer, in a white shirt and pink tie, and Ned Flanders, with a moustache and green sweater, in the back seat beside a dark-skinned man, all laughing and sharing a red soda can. The last frames show foam spraying over the car, drenching Homer's hand and Barney's face as the passengers keep laughing.
