What happens

Under a scrolling marquee reading "CRIME UP 8 MILLION PERCENT" on a city street, a man with shoulder-length brown hair in a red plaid shirt and jeans stands on the sidewalk beside a pink vintage car with a pigeon perched on it. A figure in a brown vest over a green shirt, with dark spiky hair, rushes in from the right holding something, and the plaid-shirted man raises a brown cup or bottle while a pigeon flies past. The plaid-shirted man then spreads his arms as debris and bits of wall fly around him, and a trash can comes tumbling from a window where a man in a green jacket, black-rimmed glasses and swept-back reddish hair, Troy McClure, leans out and throws it down to the street.
