What happens

A young man with shoulder-length brown hair, a red plaid shirt and jeans, and Chief Wiggum, a heavyset police officer in a cap with a nightstick, stand on a city sidewalk in front of a Diner sign with a suitcase covered in flower and footprint stickers between them. The man gestures while talking, then the officer leans down toward the suitcase as a yellow taxi drives past, and afterward the man stands alone looking up the street as a red pickup truck passes and a large box goes by at the edge of the scene. He ends by holding a hot dog with mustard dripping onto the pavement and taking a bite while the sidewalk, with small stains and leaves, is seen from above.
