The Simpsons, “The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson” (season 9, episode 1), 15:38–15:50
What happens
Homer Simpson, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt, sits in his purple sedan in a plaza beside a tall orange-brick building, holding his keys near a dangling tree air freshener and a blue "LIGHTER" label on the dashboard. He grips the steering wheel and presses the pedal while smoke billows from the hood, but an orange wheel clamp stays locked on the front tire. The tire then shreds into dark ragged rubber as the clamp holds the car in place.
