What happens

Homer, the bald man with stubble in a white shirt, sits behind the wheel of a pink car with a seatbelt on, while a bald-headed bearded old man in a suit peeks in and a thin man with glasses in a blue suit stands nearby. The car is parked in a plaza beside tall glass office buildings, with a small tree and benches around. A boy in a blue shirt and red pants watches from the foreground as the car's front wheel is jammed with a red object and its front end looks crumpled. Homer grins, then turns serious and winces, shutting his eyes and crying out in pain as a man in a brown fedora appears behind him and a man in a red tie stands on the sidewalk outside the car.
