What happens

A man with short brown hair and a dark jacket, wearing a sandwich board that reads NUDE! NUDE! NUDE!, stands under a row of oval ceiling lights in a narrow space with blue walls, reading from a sheet of paper. He grins, gestures with an open hand, and at one point raises a finger, while a dark-haired man in a brown jacket steps up beside him and listens with a sly expression. A blue-shirted figure is partly visible at the left edge.
