What happens

Principal Skinner, in a blue suit and pink tie, gestures and talks in front of a red curtain with a cake reading "Happy Anniversary Principal S" beside him, while a thin bald man in a dark suit and red tie stands nearby. A stern grey-haired man in a green military uniform walks out of a dark doorway, then stands before red, white and blue bunting and a wall sign with balloons as an older woman in a pink dress and pearls raises her hand and then clutches her head and reels back. Seated in the audience, a police officer in a cap and a woman with a tall brown hairdo watch, and on stage Bart and Milhouse stand beside a table draped with a white cloth.
