What happens

Principal Skinner, with neat grey hair and a blue suit, stands center stage holding a microphone in front of a red curtain while a bald man in a dark suit and red tie stands at left and a small boy in a blue suit stands beside a cake marked with the number 20 at right. A boy in a blue cap, pink shirt and glasses stands at far right, and the audience in the foreground includes a tall blue beehive hairdo (Marge) and a bald yellow head (Homer). Skinner gestures toward the cake with his free hand, grins and then smirks, and in close-up he winks and then looks alarmed with his mouth open.
