What happens

A bald, older man in a dark blue suit and red tie points off to the left and scowls while speaking, with a hand gripped on his shoulder by a man with swept-back brownish hair, a purple shirt and a blue jacket who grimaces with his eyes shut. The two stand on a wooden stage before red curtains, and the second man's expression shifts from clenched teeth to an open-mouthed grimace as the pair edge slightly apart and then together while a cake sits on a draped table at right. Below them, an audience sits under balloons and a banner, with Marge's tall blue beehive visible among the seated crowd, and two small figures in blue stand near the stage steps.
