What happens

Principal Skinner, a bald man with neat grey hair at the sides wearing a dark blue suit and red tie, stands on a stage holding a microphone in front of a red curtain with a banner reading "HAPPY 20TH ANNIVERSARY PRINCIPAL SKINNER," with balloons on either side. In the foreground, a rows of seated audience members, including a woman with a tall brown hairdo, face the stage. Skinner speaks into the microphone, then gestures outward with his free arm extended toward the audience, while his mouth moves as he talks.
