What happens

Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive and green dress, and Bart, in a blue shirt, stand indoors beside a uniformed sergeant in a dark green dress uniform and cap, a man in a light blue suit with an orange tie, and a bald man in a navy suit. The sergeant then walks outdoors up a front path, holding a folded blue flag with white stars, past a tree and a two-storey house with a purple door and white porch railings. He pauses at the porch steps, then stands on the walk and finally holds the folded flag close to his chest in front of a garage.
