What happens

Homer, in a blue suit and green tie, stands in an office beside a grey filing cabinet while an elderly woman with a tall blue-grey beehive, pearl necklace, pink dress and white gloves sits at a desk. Later, in a room with a framed painting and window blinds, the older woman sits on a wooden chair and then stands with her hands on her hips, facing Homer and a balding man in a blue suit and a man in a teal jacket with swept-back brown hair. A grey-haired sergeant in a dark green army uniform with medals stands by the window, while a woman in purple watches from the side. The older woman gestures at the group, rubs her shoulder, and then the teal-jacketed man cups a hand to his mouth as the sergeant glances sideways at her, with a flat silhouette of a window and a rectangular framed painting of a red-helmeted racer on the wall.
