What happens

Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange-red shirt, stands at a bright green arcade cabinet with red scribbles, gripping a joystick-like control and staring ahead with a stern, squinting look. Homer, the bald heavy man in a white shirt and blue pants, stands beside him at a counter with a purple slushie cup and a red sign behind them; Homer first looks anxious and wide-eyed, then grimaces and clutches his chest, then looks uneasy and grimacing, then turns to face Bart with a sheepish, pleading expression while holding a handful of coins near his hand. In the final frames Bart's eyes widen as he turns slightly toward Homer, and Homer smiles nervously while holding out a small stack of quarters.
