What happens

Homer, wearing a brown fedora and whistle, stands beside Bart, who wears a red football jersey, at a football field, and Homer talks to him with a hand on his shoulder while a seated spectator in the bleachers watches. Bart later sits in a white police car with handcuffed hands raised and smiling, a uniformed officer beside him in the front seat, while a row of red-helmeted players in red jerseys crouch on the grass facing a line of grey-helmeted players in black jerseys numbered 1 and 2. A player in a red number 2 jersey, bulky and with a red helmet, stands and points upward, then the scene shows a striped referee's legs and a football on the field near a purple car on the road and a 911 police car in the background.
