What happens

Chief Wiggum stands with a red-haired woman, a mustached man in a white tank top, a small blond boy in a blue shirt, and the bald, stooped Mr. Burns beside his thin assistant Smithers, all watching in front of a bright blue sky. The small boy clutches Wiggum's side and then the group turns toward a winged skeleton monument with a partly legible sign reading "THE END IS NEAR." A black-haired man in a pink shirt and tie puts his arm around a man in a green sweater and points at the monument, while Moe and two other men look on. Finally the black-haired man gestures with open arms as Lisa, in her red dress and pearl necklace, stands beside Homer and Apu.
